- August 2025: Successfully represented Thai victims’ families in a car crash incident in Canada which resulted in the (i) findings of the cause of the incident which were not disclosed prior to the engaged litigation and (ii) satisfactory settlement through litigation in the Canadian Courts, working closely with Canadian counsels.
- August 2025: Successfully represented a victim family in a car crash incident which resulted in high level imprisonment sentence and fine.
- July 2025: Corporate Team successfully applied for a Foreign Business License for a Singapore owned company registered in Thailand providing design services.
- June 2025: Successfully defended an Afghan refugee, working closely with the UNHCR, resulted in the suspended imprisonment sentence, on count relating to passport forgery necessitated by the political situation in home country.
- May 2025: Corporate Team and Phuket Team conducted a due diligence for a client who wished to purchase a property in Phuket, alerting the client of the potential risk relating to the restricted zone and potential irregularities involving the targeted property’s titles.
- April 2025: Obtained a favorable result from appeal matter in relation to the exercise of the Option Agreement to acquire land in connection with a housing/condominium project and to receive shares in the operating company of the project.
- March 2025: Represented a Scandinavian Embassy in negotiations with certain party in relation to the termination of employment matter
- February 2025: Successfully represented Qatar Airways in a claim in a Thai Court.
- January 2025: Successfully represented a victim in a criminal fraud case in Phuket obtaining high level imprisonment sentence against the perpetrator and damages award.
